Best Weight Loss Meds (bestweightlossmeds.com) is operated by Edge Digital Solutions LTD (trading as Digital Edge), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 11540507. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@digitaledge.uk.
We compare published prices for weight-loss medicines from UK pharmacies. We do not sell medicines, provide medical advice or process prescriptions.
What we collect
- Deal submissions. If you use the “Seen a better deal?” form, we collect the details you enter (product, dose, price, pharmacy, location, links, notes) and your email address.
- Server logs. Our web host records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time) to run and secure the site.
The weight-gain risk calculator runs entirely in your browser. The answers you enter are not sent to us or stored.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- Deal submissions: to review the price and, if needed, contact you to verify it. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the comparison accurate.
- Server logs: to keep the site working and secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
We do not use your email address for marketing, and we do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Cookies
This site does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress may set strictly necessary cookies for site administration only, which do not need consent. If we add analytics in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Who we share it with
Our web hosting provider (GoDaddy) stores the site and its data on our behalf, as a processor under contract. Some processing may take place outside the UK. Where it does, it is covered by UK-approved safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Addendum. We will disclose data if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
Deal submissions (including your email address) are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Server logs are kept for as long as our host needs them for security, usually a few weeks.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict our use of it, or ask for a copy of it. Email hello@digitaledge.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

We will update this page if how we use data changes, and change the date at the top.
